I'm a nurse who became a life coach. A specialty of mine is coaching those affected by anxiety. I work with students, professionals, parents, or anyone seeking more calm.
For more than three decades, I worked as a nurse -- both as an R.N. and as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In those roles, I learned that my patients' struggles often went beyond medical issues.
